Well there really is only one meta gem right now for PVE Ret. I find it best for PVE.
There really is no other choice. [+12 Agility & 3% Increased Critical Damage] Yep you read that right, every crit you have will be increased by 3%. Every crit, that’s hard to beat.
PVP is probably another story. While RED is great, it works agianst your opponents resilience gear. For PVP/Arena only builds snare or stun resist is better. The stun resist stacks with the protect line of the 0/20/41 build for a total of 15% stun resist.

I can understand where some might argue that 3% crit is best for both PVE and PVP. In my mind the way it works only for crits, which your opponents should stack up resilience to stop, I’d rather be rocking some more stun/snare resist. Damn Rogues!
